Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dachshund Puppies USA. By purchasing or reserving a Dachshund puppy from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a deposit or finalizing your purchase.

1. Deposits

A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Dachshund puppy or secure your place on the waiting list.
All deposits are applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy.
Deposits may be transferred to a future litter within 12 months if unforeseen circumstances prevent immediate adoption. However, deposits remain non-refundable under all conditions.

2. Pricing & Payment

Dachshund puppies are individually priced based on factors such as lineage, coat type, color, size, and overall quality.
Full payment must be completed before the puppy leaves our care, typically at 10 weeks of age.
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Zelle, checks, money orders, or cash.
For payments made by check or money order, funds must fully clear before the puppy is released for pickup or transport.

3. Health Guarantee

All Dachshund puppies come with a 1-year limited health guarantee covering life-threatening genetic or congenital conditions.
A licensed veterinary report is required to validate any health-related claim.
If a covered condition is confirmed, a replacement puppy of equal value will be offered when available. No cash refunds will be issued.
This guarantee does not cover routine veterinary care, minor illnesses, parasites, or injuries that occur after the puppy leaves our care.

4. Care & Responsibility

By adopting a Dachshund puppy, buyers agree to provide proper care including veterinary attention, quality nutrition, training, and a safe, loving home environment.
Puppies must not be resold to pet stores, brokers, or puppy mills under any circumstances.
If you are ever unable to keep your Dachshund, you must notify us. We will assist in rehoming the puppy where possible; however, refunds will not be provided.

5. Breeding Rights

All Dachshund puppies are sold strictly as pet-only companions unless breeding rights have been specifically discussed, approved, and purchased separately.
Breeding rights are offered only to select, approved breeders for an additional fee.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Puppies may be picked up in person or delivered through approved ground or air transportation at the buyer’s expense.
All travel and pickup arrangements must be finalized before the puppy’s scheduled go-home date to ensure a smooth and safe transition.

7. Contract Agreement

A signed Puppy Purchase Contract is required before any Dachshund puppy is released to the buyer.
By placing a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.
