At Dachshund Puppies USA, we are committed to placing every Dachshund puppy in a safe, loving, and responsible home. To ensure transparency and fairness for all families, please carefully review our refund policy before placing a deposit or reserving a puppy.
Deposits
Non-Refundable:
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits are used to reserve a specific Dachshund puppy or secure your position on our waiting list.
Transferable:
If you are unable to proceed with the originally reserved puppy due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to a future Dachshund litter within 12 months.
Deposit Amount:
The standard deposit is $400, which is applied toward the final purchase price of your Dachshund puppy.
Final Payments
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy leaves our care, typically around 10 weeks of age.
We accept the following payment methods:

- Money Order
- Cash
Refunds After Purchase
Once a Dachshund puppy has been picked up or delivered, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Personal or financial circumstances
- Inability to care for the puppy
If you are no longer able to keep your Dachshund puppy at any time, you must contact us first. We will assist with rehoming guidance; however, no refund will be provided.
Health Guarantee & Replacement Puppy
In the rare case that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your Dachshund puppy with a life-threatening congenital or genetic condition within the health guarantee period, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.
- Veterinary documentation is required for verification.
- No cash refunds are issued under this guarantee.
