At Dachshund Puppies USA, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all Dachshund puppy-related purchases. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be considered.
We offer a 30-day window from the date of purchase for eligible refund or return requests. After 30 days have passed, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The Dachshund puppy or related item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Please do not return any items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items related to pet use
Additionally, we do not accept returns on items that are:
- Perishable goods (where applicable)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Partial Refund Situations
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items showing signs of use
- Opened digital or physical media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any return submitted after the 30-day return period
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced Dachshund puppies or items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace Dachshund puppies or items if they are defective or arrive damaged.
To request an exchange, please email us at info@dachshundpuppiesusa.com and send the item to the provided return address.
Gifts
If your Dachshund puppy or item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:
- You will receive a gift credit for the return value once the item is received
- A gift certificate will be issued to you
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
